We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS and NZ.


Shipping within AUS takes between 1-5 business days, while 5-10 business days in NZ.


International countries take between 15-25 business days (depending on your local post services). 

All of the artwork listed on our store are made specifically to order and not pre-printed in bulk. It’s important to keep in mind that they are premium quality art pieces that are made for you, so the last thing we’d want to happen is they start to deteriorate sitting in storage at our studio over time. For this you’d be looking at 1-3 business days on our end always. 

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order or change your address once your parcel has been dispatched. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. $10.00 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

We do offer pickup services from our studio in Windsor, Melbourne 3181, please shoot an email through to contact@lazloartdesign.com and we can arrange a time!

We use Tasmanian Oak Wood that is custom made specifically to your order and hand-made here in Melbourne. It's like comparing apples to apples when it comes to framing, our third party manufactures are an established Contemporary Art Gallery, so when it comes to quality they know exactly what to provide to the marketplace.

If you're looking to get the most out of your artwork on your wall, and would like the gallery experience in the comfort of your own surroundings. Then I'd suggest you're making the right decision putting all your eggs in the one basket, and purchasing the full package right from our online store!

If you miss your parcel and if it isn't collected from your local post office within 14 days, it will be sent back to our studio. If you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10.00 AUD. If you would like a refund instead, we will refund you the amount of your order minus $20.00 AUD for the processing & return shipping costs.

We are not held liable for parcels that have failed to be collected on your end.

If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to our studio. If you wish to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $10.00 AUD. If you wish to be refunded, we will refund you the amount of your purchase minus $20.00 AUD for the shipping fee to and from your city, state or country.

We are not held liable if you enter an incomplete or incorrect address.
